Tracy has been a licensed insurance agent since 1996. He started Speer Insurance Services in 2005, and thoroughly enjoys being an independent insurance agent. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California in Davis. He has 2 daughters; Rebecca who is the Research Training Program Manager at the University of Colorado, Anschutz Medical Campus, and Annika who is a professor at the University of California - Riverside. Tracy enjoys boating, RVing, and Koi collecting.

Maria handles the finances and office management for Speer Insurance Services, as well as being a licensed insurance agent. She has a Masters in International Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Fredonia. Maria has a daughter Genevieve who is the 2D Art teacher at Fox Ridge Middle School in the Cherry Creek School District, and a son-in-law Kevin who is the owner of Natural Lawncare of America. They have two little boys who Maria is thoroughly enjoying being Grammy to!! Maria enjoys reading, crocheting, and most of all being Grammy.

Amanda has been an agent for Speer Insurance Services for over 14 years. She handles all the day to day insurance details for Speer Insurance, including customer service work and renewal processing. She is also a singer and performs around the Denver area. She has been named the Official National Anthem singer for the Colorado Avalanche. Jill has been an agent for Speer Insurance Services for over 5 years and is involved in service work, new and renewal quoting. Jill has been married for 44 years to Danny and is a grandmother to Jackson and Barrett who keep her smiling. Jill is also an author of the book "Nine Hours To Goodbye" which is available on amazon.com. She enjoys boating, NFL, NASCAR, crafting and is a huge fan of the Dutton’s on Yellowstone.
