Tracy has been a licensed insurance agent since 1996. He started Speer Insurance Services in 2005. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California in Davis. He has 2 daughters; Rebecca who is working at the University of Colorado as a Grant Project Coordinator in the School of Nursing, and Annika who is working on her PhD degree in Theater and Feminist Studies at the University of California in Santa Barbara. Tracy enjoys boating, skiing, and Koi collecting.

Maria handles the finances for Speer Insurance Services, as well as being a licensed insurance agent. She has a Masters in International Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Fredonia. Maria has a daughter Genevieve who just received her Bachelor degree in Art Education from Colorado State University. Maria enjoys reading, crocheting, and skiing.

Genevieve Deits - Customer Service Representative

Genevieve works with current customers - answering the phones, updating policies, re-quoting insurance and all other behind the scenes needs at Speer Insurance. She just purchased a home with her husband Kevin and is studying for the elementary education PRAXIS exam. She has also started her own photography business in her spare time.

Amanda handles all the day to day insurance details for Speer Insurance, including customer service work. She has the most amazing singing voice and is in the band DELLA www.myspace.com/Dellamusic, and also performs as Jane Doed www.myspace.com/janedoed .
